SERVICES

We provide an exceptional service – the type we’d want to experience ourselves.

Bathrooms

We can supply all local tradesman and do the work from start to finish, usually within a week. We arrange everything for you, so a one stop shop.

Basins & Toilets

Our main supplier of fitted units is Atlanta Bathrooms, a British company with a lifetime warranty. We are one of Scotland’s top independent sellers of their products. We can also do standard sanitary ware, so that there is style to suit anyone’s taste.

Repairs

Is there a tap that won’t stop dripping in your bathroom? Have you walked into a waterlogged kitchen due to a burst pipe? Or is your toilet not flushing? Whatever the problem is with your plumbing, our experienced team can help.

Building & Renovations

If you are considering building your dream house, renovating a steading or adding an extension onto your home, then give us a call. We can discuss your heating and hot water needs, internal drainage requirements, under floor and radiator requirements as well as bathroom options.

Baths

Our main supplier of baths is Carron baths, a Scottish manufacturer who has a huge selection of sizes and shapes to suit everyone’s needs.

Roof & Flooring

We are using Quickstep Alpha Vinyl for the floors since it is waterproof. Our roofing is Avanti waterproof ceiling boards, this means that once the job is done there is no maintenance or painting for the customer to do.

Radiators

We fit. We also provide a repair and maintenance service to make sure your radiators are kept in tip top condition, heating your home efficiently and economically. This includes radiator valves and thermostatic valves.

Gas & Oil Boiler Servicing/Repairs

Here at SM Plumbing & Heating we can service your gas and oil boilers to ensure they stay as efficient as possible at a reasonable cost. We can also offer a repair service, when they break down to get you back up and running again.

Oil Tanks

Whether you need a new oil tank and base made or have a burst oil tank, give us a call and we can discuss your needs as we can offer a full range of services from start to finish including disposing of old tanks to transferring oil from old to new tanks.

Showers & Wetrooms

Our shower trays and doors are mostly supplied by Merlyn showers, who have a great selection of tray sizes and designs along with a huge selection of shower doors and glass panels

Boilers

New installations, upgrades and repair. Grants energy efficient oil boilers have a 7-year warranty, and we can also offer Worcester as an alternative. Alpha natural gas boilers come with an 10-year warranty on some boilers, and Worcester & Valiant boiler offer a 5-year warranty.

Leadwork/Gutters

If you have any wind or storm damaged gutters in need of repair or just think it’s time to replace old, dull and faded gutters, then give us a call to discuss. If you are having a new roof fitted or altering an existing roof or windows, and you need lead work, then get in touch for a no obligation estimate.

Underfloor Heating

Fed up of stepping onto cold tiles when you come out of the shower? Thought of walking on cold wooden flooring in the morning keeping you in bed? Whatever type of surface you have, whether it’s laminate flooring or tiling, we can install underfloor heating for you to keep your feet warm during the winter months.
